Our Villa is located in the heart of Bled and while staying with us, you can enjoy in beautiful lake and island views. Bled castle and the St Martin church are walking distance away. We suggest you visit the nearby attractions on foot or by bicycle and leave your car safely parked in our free parking.
Walk or run around lake
Evan those who don’t like jogging admit that morning walk or run around the lake is an unforgettable experience. Morning shades, peaceful nature and swan company will not disappoint you. You can explore the lake on a boat and enjoy in refreshing swim in the summer.
If this seems too active for you, you can always choose a horse-carriage or boat ride with a traditional wooden boat, called Pletna.
Discover rich Bled history
Bled Castle is the oldest one in Slovenia. Explore its history, visit interactive museum, castle’s printing house and its own wine cellar. End your day with a dinner in the restaurant above the lake with stunning lake and island views.
Nearby hills with Alpine views
Straža hill on the other side of the lake offers numerous activities. Adrenaline Park, summer sledging, trim trail with outdoor fitness. Along the way, you will be rewarded with beautiful views. Among Straža there are also Ojstrica and Osojnica with their beautiful viewpoints, and it’s not a secret that most famous pictures of Bled are taken from those hilltops.
A bicycle ride around nearby villages
Explore the local areas on a bike and take a circular ride to nearby villages. On your way, you will find lots of hidden peaceful picnic places. Stop at local farmers and buy homemade products like honey, vegetables, and cheese products. Stop next to Sava Dolinka and Sava Bohinjka, that join into river Sava, just a few kilometres outside Bled, next to Radovljica.
